PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICIES (UPDATED 12/2005)
1. To take advantage of the “Early Rates” for Spring or Fall camps, a $100/per person, per session, deposit must be made on, or prior to, the Early Rate Postmark Date. For campers who take advantage of this early registration discount, balances come due 30 days after Early Rate Postmark Dates. (Campers with balances will be notified.).
2. Spring and Fall registrations made after the Early Rate Postmark Date should be accompanied with full “Regular Rate” payment of camp fees. (*Please do not send a deposit only as full-payments would then be immediately due.)
3. All Daily Camper Pass registrations should be accompanied with a full payment of appropriate camp fees.
4. Cancellations for any program made more than 75 days prior to camp session will be refunded all paid fees, less a $100 deposit.
5. Cancellations for any program made between 30 and 75 days prior to camp session will be refunded only 50% of paid fees, less a $100 deposit.
6. Cancellations for any program made 30 or fewer days prior to camp session are not subject to any refund of paid fees.
7. Deposits (from the time they are initially made) and camp fees (once within 75 days of the camp session) are non-transferrable, non-assignable, and are subject to refund only within the guidelines set-up in Camp Dogwood’s Cancellation and Payment policies #4, #5, and #6, as detailed above.
8. Returned checks and late registrations are subject to a $50 fee.
